streets (thereby heating and cooling according to season), and connecting to geothermal pumps inside buildings to further
move under floors through pipes. Never will there be a loss of heat or cooling, allowing all to be secure that they will
also never lose electricity. Geothermal is continuous, not dependent on weather conditions.
Geothermal gives back to Planet Earth energy, the vital need that no other energy can gift. Using hydronic system for all
needs, it displaces increasing waters due to
Greenhouse Effect (Climate Change and Global Warming), one of many methods to combat flooding.
EGS can be drilled in water, needing no land removal. It is similar to how preliminary steps to building underwater tunnels.

Maryland's Tunnels are already underwater. There is only a limited amount of building sand in the world. Can be used for
Hydrothermal-Geothermal. If cannot be used, the tunnels must be allowed to fill with water to lower the level of bay and
ocean - as Maryland is mostly at sea level. The solution to necessary vehicle movement: Ferries. Bridge for walking, rolling,
